Restorative Yoga, April 22 at The Yoga Space

I’ll be leading a Restorative Yoga class Friday, April 22 from 5:45 PM until 7:15 PM at The Yoga Space in Ann Arbor. The fee is $20 and it’s helpful if you pre-register. This class will be similar to the class I lead at Harmony Yoga a few weeks ago (see my earlier blog posting).

If you’re interested, let me know and I can get you a registration form/put you on the roster of participants.

Theme of the Month: Panorama

Michigan is ugly in March so I struggled with the March theme of Panorama … until the last day of the month. Finally took myself out and shot for just about a half an hour and it worked (well enough) to my surprise.
