Restorative Yoga, Friday, June 3
I’ll be leading a Restorative Yoga class Friday, June 3 from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM at The Yoga Space in Ann Arbor. The fee is $20 and it’s helpful if you pre-register. This class will be different from the past restorative classes I lead over the winter. I’m trying a new idea, rotating yogis through a “circuit” of different set up. Class size is very limited (in fact, there are only a few spots left) so if you’re interested, let me know and I can put you on the roster of participants.
