After $40 million and almost three years the UMMA on State Street in Ann Arbor has re-opened. I can’t believe I haven’t been there in almost three years (I never got to the “UMMA Offsite”). The new building is open, beautiful and is, of course, full of beautiful works of art. I had no idea they had works by Picasso, Klimt, Moore and others whom I recognized. It’s still free to enter and wander around … and I would encourage you to do so if you have an hour some afternoon. It’s a great space.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
